Coming up as a great success to the US, North Korea did not display the Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBMs) in its military parade that marked its 70th anniversary. This indicated, according to the White house, that North Korea simply meant good relations with the US.
Both the things hold great promises for North Korea’s committments towards denuclearization according to the White House.Sanders also said that the US is already looking at scheduling a new meeting. If that happens then this will be the second meeting between the two since the first summit held in June.
There appeared to have some consensus that N.Korea would work seriously towards denuclearization. But there wasn’t much progress.
Now keeping the ICBMs aside in its military parade and by sending a letter to Trump, Kim might be trying to move forward in the right direction. At least that is how the White House looks at the whole affair.
