South Korean Unification Minister Cho Myoung-gyon, who is leading the group, said that he will return after creating a chance for the Pyongyang Declaration to be implemented.The joint declaration was made by South Korean President Moon Jae-in and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in September.The anniversary celebrates the joint declaration made in 2007 between then South Korean President Roh Moo-hyun and then North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.
